Sofia and Ann

Moroccan-born Sofia Pernas moved to California in the year she turned 5 old. She grew up at home in Orange County. She received her graduation from the University of California, San Diego in 2015 which is her year that she earned her first big break as an actor. Pernas she had appeared in brief appearances on NCIS as well as Leverage prior to landing the role in the role of Marisa in The Young and the Restless she was a regular face on the soap show. The actress, who quit the soap in 2016, got the part as Catalina who is a regular character on Jane the Virgin. The model, who can speak four languages has since appeared in The Brave as Hannah Rivera, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Pernas was the character Lexi Vaziri on Blood & Treasure from 2019 to 2020. Us Weekly confirmed in May 2020 that Pernas is dating her ex- The Young and the Restless costar Justin Hartley. The relationship began following Chrishell Stause and the This Is Us actress split in the month of November. News was reported in May of 2021 about how Pernas and Hartley recently tied the knot in a secret ceremony.
